Yoga and Stress Relief Workshop at RHFC

With Yoga Energy Balancing Specialist Melissa Gall! 

Stress & anxiety can create stored tension in the body, which can lead to feelings of extreme fear, panic, anger and low self-esteem. 

During this one-day, two-hour workshop you will learn to calm the mind and release tension from the body by mastering specific yoga postures that can help counteract the body's physiological response to stress and worry by reducing stress hormone levels.
