2018 Pay Stub Reminders

As you are reviewing your pay stubs for the new year, here are a few things to consider:

  • Benefit Enrollment – It is important to review your pay stub to ensure your enrollment/deductions are accurate.
  • REACH Wellness
    • The preferred premium earned by insured employees who met at least Level One status are already reflected in your health insurance premiums.  If you did not meet Level One, you will see a $30 additional premium deduction and if your spouse is enrolled and did not meet Level One status, you will see a $20 additional premium deduction.
    • Employees who participated in the REACH program will see a Wellness Credit under the EARNINGS portion on your paystub.  The credit amount varies based on your participation level:  Level One $7.69; Level Two $12.30; Level Three $20.00.
  • W2’s – If you signed up during open enrollment to receive your W2 electronically, you will receive an email when your W2 is accessible from the benefit enrollment portal.  If you elected to have yours mailed to you, the W2’s will postmarked no later than January 31 as per IRS requirements.
