Second Lactation Room Added

Riverside is committed to supporting Mothers in the workplace. In addition to the lactation room at Riverside Medical Center located just north of the Central Waiting Area and Coffee Shop (A153), a second lactation room has been added. The second lactation room is located in room A509. Nursing Mothers may request a wafer/code from security to access the room. Additionally, lactation space is offered in the OB/Post Partum Department. Nursing mothers may receive assistance and directions to the room from postpartum nursing station staff. For employees working in an off-site location, a designated room will be assigned by your department leader/supervisor.

The Mental Health Challenge Is Coming Soon!

About the Challenge

Take steps to improve your emotional and mental health by participating in this four-week Mental Health Board Game Challenge. This challenge will consist of a combination of daily mental health tips, quiz questions and journal entries. The challenge runs through Oct. 29, but you will have until Nov. 5 to finish reporting your final activities for the board game.

How to Complete the Challenge

Click a day on the board game and complete the activity of the day. Once you have completed the activity you will submit your entry to receive credit for that day. You will be able to back report throughout the challenge, meaning you can complete the activities for the days that you missed. Your goal is to complete the entire gameboard before the challenge ends Oct. 29. You must complete the entire board game to earn 25 Healthy Habit Points.
