You care for our patients, let us care for you.Complete the Riverside Employee Engagement Survey open 8/19 – 9/16!

Riverside HealthCare remains firmly committed to create a great place for employees to work and patients to receive care. Your daily actions have a profound impact upon each other, on care quality, and patient outcomes. We want to understand what we are doing well and where improvements may be needed in your work and practice environment. This survey is for all employees in our health system—including RMG providers.  It also includes questions for nursing staff to maintain our Magnet designation.

To gather your ideas and comments most efficiently, we are launching the Riverside HealthCare Employee Engagement Survey through Press Ganey. Press Ganey is our trusted strategic partner and is responsible for maintain confidentiality of your survey responses.  In addition, Press Ganey will provide support throughout the survey and share a host of healthcare-specific best practices to aid in our ongoing engagement initiatives.

 

Accessing the Survey:

  • To access the survey at Press Ganey, you must use the survey link sent by Press Ganey to your personal Riverside Outlook email account.  There are no paper surveys.
  • You may only complete one survey per employee as part of ensuring integrity of the feedback.
  • The survey will not be extended and your responses are completely confidential.
  • Departments achieving an 85% response rate or greater will earn a pizza party for their area.

Confidentiality Statement

  • Survey data and survey comments are only shown in aggregate
  • Any grouping with fewer than 5 respondents will not have any available data
  • Organizational Development and Learning, HR, and leaders cannot view results for any grouping with fewer than 5 respondents
  • Any grouping with fewer than 5 respondents will be rolled up into an aggregate grouping that contains at least 5 respondents
  • Riverside leaders, Organizational Development and Learning and HR staff cannot view an individual’s data
  • Riverside leaders, Organizational Development and Learning and HR staff cannot link data or comments back to any individual through the unique password
