How to Nourish Confidence and Ease
- Check in with how you’re feeling before you leave the house
- Stand tall
- Make a list of people who encourage you and build your confidence. Then engage with them!
- Do something you’re good at
- Invite your fears in – ask yourself why you’re believing negative thoughts and ask yourself if there’s another belief to adopt.
- Set small, achievable goals
- Keep track of what is going well and what you have been achieving, no matter how small
- Be kind to yourself!
- Embrace difficult people – they are likely having a hard time themselves
- Adopt a learning mindset – replace judgement with curiosity to increase understanding and compassion
