How to Nourish Confidence and Ease

  1. Check in with how you’re feeling before you leave the house
  2. Stand tall
  3. Make a list of people who encourage you and build your confidence. Then engage with them!
  4. Do something you’re good at
  5. Invite your fears in – ask yourself why you’re believing negative thoughts and ask yourself if there’s another belief to adopt.
  6. Set small, achievable goals
  7. Keep track of what is going well and what you have been achieving, no matter how small
  8. Be kind to yourself!
  9. Embrace difficult people – they are likely having a hard time themselves
  10. Adopt a learning mindset – replace judgement with curiosity to increase understanding and compassion
